Just had an actual delightful & cordial conversation with customer service rep. at my mortgage company named Arthur. He had been unemployed for 6mos. & his demeanor & interactive customer service friendly conversation he showed his appreciation for having a job! So to all you surly, pissant, & bringing your issues to your phone demeanor Customer Service reps....you might wanna re-evaluate yourself 'cause there are some Thankful & Appreciative folks who would love your job!
